Stress relief
As a general "side effect" of Acupuncture.. Anecdotally, many of our patients report a better nights sleep and alleviation of their insomnia symptoms.
Acupuncture is mostly painless, as the needles are so small and only enter the skin by a few (mm) To compare we can fit around 10 our our needles in the end of a DR's hypodermic ( blood test needle)
The needles are single use and come pre packaged, sterilised, and are disposed in a sharps container after use as per Health regulatory standards
Not just on the Gold Coast the receive Acupuncture? Yes many of our acupuncture clients are holidaying on the Gold Coast so here are some local sites you should visit after your Acupuncture treatment on the Gold Coast. So take some tips from Mark as he has been a Palm Beach local here for 36 years.
1) Currumbin Bird Sanctuary: See many native Australian Species on one of the most beautiful locations on the Gold Coast.
2) Currumbin Valley: Take a drive out Currumbin Valley and watch the scenery quickly change from the beautiful Gold Coast Beaches to country side then to rainforest all in about 20 minutes. Visit the Currumbin Rock pools then rock slides at the bottom of the valley in Springbrook National Park. Where if you're brave you can Literally slide Down a waterfall.
3) Numinbah Valley (Day trip) : This almost secret paradise really show how the Gold Coast is just a big small town. The beautiful country side allows you to turn back the clock and see the real genuine country side of the Gold Coast. Make a day trip and stop by Canungra Pub then head out the valley where you can visit the natural bridge ( a literal waterfall through a cave!) and glow worms in the evening. This drive can continue through to Chillinham, Murwillumbah, make sure to stop at Tumbulgum Pub on your way back to the Gold Coast, Coolangatta or Tweed.
4) Snapper Rocks (Coolangatta): Take a walk around Snapper Rocks and Greenmount Beach headland to enjoy one of the best sunsets on the Gold Coast, or enjoy a beer at the Rainbow Bay SLSC.
5) Burleigh Beach Pavillion: My favourite bar on the Gold Coast in Burleigh Heads. This bar is literally on the beach and is great for lunch or a dance in the evenings on weekends. Great Vibe.
6) Scottish Prince (Palm Beach): This bar has a cool cosy vibe if you want to hide away and have some high quality beverages in a classy location.
7) BBQ Bizzarre (Burleigh) and Miami Marketta (Miami) :These are two great locations to get an great feed and see some awesome local bands.
8) Currumbin SLSC: Great spot for a beer and feed. Literally in the Ocean!
Have an awesome time in one of the best places on Earth. I mean it as I've travelled to 70 Countries!
